It was fine. The room was a little dirty, old food under the pull out couch, crumbs around. Bathroom tub had mildew around the edges. The lady who worked nights and checked us in was very sweet and kind. The free breakfast bar was also kind of messy/dirty with few options. I wouldn't go back, I am afraid.

The Franklin Clarion is a relatively new hotel. It's a deal for the rate. The beds are comfortable and my room was spacious. It has a free breakfast ( starts at 6 AM..though Spartan it was adequate..No coffee in the lobby which could be an improvement. It was quiet which is important.A fitness room is on the 1st floor.Overall a good solid rest stop for a weary traveler..

Friendly staff. Clean overall and had a nice smell throughout (have stayed at a lot of places with weird smells or hints of mildew). Would have given five stars but the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working.

This Hotel is the worst in Franklin. We can start with just the service at the front desk. The man was rude telling me to go sit down, and that he will not give me my mail even though says my name on it and im showing I.D. The employee said if my name isn't on reservation he was sending it back yet he excepted the package when it came in knowing my name wasnt on reservation, and fully aware I've been here 3 days already as well. I stood there at the front desk as I call my reservation and have them add my name. The employee pretends not to receive the email or fax. So we go through the process again. Regardless of all this he has my package my name on it, my I.D, I EVEN HAVE THE RECIEPT. Some people are just slow i guess takes a little to register whats going on. One of the other rooms under our crew fax even had there room locked from the inside. How? Only he knows, he walks off saying I can open it. I guess only at Clarion Pointe can you expect this service. I definitely never had anyone keep someone's mail at any hotel and I travel for work year round.

I stayed here on July 21(booked a room July 21-23) I had to leave IMMEDIATELY due to bugs ? crawling all around the desk area. It was discussing, they came in with a red roach/ ant spray can and sprayed skin this was normal with my dog being present. The carpet is best and dirty the elevator is dirty and the floors in it…. I felt dirty and sick I had to leave and pay another fee. The pictures are a lie. Management should be ashamed.

I had a really good stay here! It was very easy to get to from I65. Rooms were clean, updated, and had no odor. Really comfortable beds. Breakfast was basic but fine. This is a really great hotel.

Overnight trip to Nashville for a medical appointment at Vanderbilt. Booked a room online a week prior, based on reviews and online price. Arrived and went to my room. The smell/stench in the room was beyond horrible!! Smelled of strong dog pee with a side odor of wet dog! Used an air freshener I brought with me. After 10 minutes, I couldn't take the smell any longer!! Called the front desk. Gentleman agreed to assign another room. 2nd room was 2 doors down from the one I just vacated!! Same exact problem - major dog pee odor!! The air in the hallway smelled way better!! Returned to front desk, returned room key, and asked to have my reservation canceled and refunded. 4 stars for the front desk gentleman who was nice, understandable, and didn't give me a difficult time about Cx and leaving. GO STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN COOL SPRINGS!! ? Well worth what I paid and no dog pee odors anywhere!!!

Very pleased with my stay! Hotel was clean, especially my room! The hotel and my room smelled good which is always a plus. Nothing bad or negative happened during my stay. I felt very safe. Area that the hotel is located in is awesome! Breakfast was delicious. This hotel has great customer service. Very affordable! I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby and breakfast room seem to have been recently remodeled. They are modern and clean. Our room has a very bad smell. The smell stays after two days of door being kept open as much as we can and the air conditioner running. the shower was good the first night. It's hot, although the water volume was not good. The shower water was barely lukewarm the second night and third morning. Breakfast was below average. No eggs. Just coffee, tea, juice, cereal, waffle, yogurt, and apple.

This was a business trip. For business, this place is fine. We were met with friendly staff. The rooms were clean. Nothing felt gross. Fluffy pillows and a nice comforter. The only thing that may be an issue for some but it wasn't for us was no microwave in the room. There is one next to the ice machine on each floor. I thought that was odd. As far as a 1 or 2 day business trip , I would recommend it. For a family , I would probably look somewhere else as they have a very small breakfast ( waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt) . They have a pool that was open and a fitness room. I read a few bad reviews about mold and pet smells, but we didn't encounter that.
