The Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs consistently receives positive feedback for its convenient location near Nashville and Brentwood, friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities like a full kitchen and complimentary breakfast. While some rooms are slightly dated, the overall experience is considered comfortable and welcoming.
The front desk service was excellent here! The lady with the beautiful braided hair during the day is exceptional at customer service. The guy at night was also good. The rooms are a bit older and the water was not hot in the shower one of the days but overall, comfortable and would recommend to others. It was very clean!
I highly recommend the Franklin Cool Springs Residence Inn. Not only was the location convenient to Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin; we were able to walk to numerous restaurants and cafes just steps away from our hotel. A special thank you to Sheriee and the staff for exceptional service and customer care for our family. This hotel is definitely on my return list.
Great location very close to 840 and I40. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very safe and obvious upper middle income area. Many available parking spaces on the back, or is it the front. Only thing I can recommend is to use the app, download it, use it and if you don't want it using up memory delete it. Calling in to a Marriott agent takes 30 minutes and depending on where in the world the call center is located the agent can be hard to understand, mine had a rooster doing his thing in the background.
This is my second time staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Franklin for a full week, and I highly recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, and one of the things that really stands out is the breakfast experience each morning. The breakfast area was consistently well stocked, clean, and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. During my stay, I overheard another guest mention that he stays at Residence Inns all over the country and that this was by far the best breakfast he had experienced. I also heard another guest comment on how much she appreciated the cheerful, welcoming atmosphere in the morning. I completely agree. Starting the day with a good breakfast and a positive environment makes a real difference, especially during a longer stay, and this hotel does that very well. Combined with the convenient location and overall welcoming feel, this made for another excellent stay. I would absolutely return and recommend it to others.
Sheriee at the front desk was wonderful and patient. She answered all of our questions and helped us find the right room. I would say she was the best customer service representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They will have my business from now on as opposed to the Hampton inn and suites.
One of the few hotels that actually keeps their pool WARM and the spa tub not too hot. Very clean rooms and common areas, decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy (although the biscuits were stale), a waffle maker, juice, coffee... Quiet during the week. Thanks for a great stay!
The location of the hotel is great. It's in an upscale area with some good restaurants nearby. Conveniently located so that there is shopping and other amenities close by. The hotel is located just off I-65 so that it is very accessible to travelers. We have stayed here a couple of times, the first time our room was on one of the upper floors. During that stay, the room was very clean and had a fresh odor when you walked into the room. Inviting is a word that comes to mind. The second time when I walked into the room, I was met with the overwhelming odor of pet food. I know, the hotel is pet friendly with an extra $150/ night fee for animals, I suspect if you asked, they would say the money is to pay for the "deep clean", but I think they must be pocketing the money or something like that. The room we stayed in the second night was not clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor, maybe human, maybe animal, I didn't get it analyzed, but judging by the odors in the room, I"m guessing animal. I can only imagine what's in the carpet. Then I think, well that's OK, cause the pets probably been sleeping on the pillow I'm going to sleep on, so why complain about a little thing like animal hair on the bathroom floor. I could rant some more, but it wouldn't help. Needless to say, even with the extra fees, you can tell the hotel is pet friendly. So if pet odors and the little things they leave behind create problems for you, stay somewhere else. But if staying where pets are welcomed, albeit with an additional fee, is your thing, then this is the place for you.
GREAT LOCATION! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the greater Nashville area. It is ideally located within several restaurants within a very short walk. It’s a very safe location as well. We recently stayed a month during September. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. So much so that I would love to mention a few by name as they really shined during our stay. Madison the manager was extremely professional as well as Sherice, Brittany, Mary & Layla at the front desk. There was a very sweet lady doing the breakfast that was always cheerful and always greeted me. As an ambassador of Marriott Bonvoy, we have had many stays throughout the Marriott brands in many locations. This property has gained itself among my top three favorite locations. I want to thank you all, including any others that I was not able to mention for an amazing stay. You all made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for my family and I.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable experience overall. The bed was comfortable, with a good quality sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. The suite was very spacious, with two rooms, which provided plenty of space to relax. The kitchen area convenient, perfect for longer stays or preparing quick meals. I really appreciated the daily room service — everything was consistently clean and well. Definitely will stay again.
Mago and Ruby are the reason I’ll come back. From day one, they make you feel like family at the breakfast table. I stayed here a month and they always started my day off right with a smile and quick conversation. They work hard! Housekeeping was excellent as well. I had them come only upon request as I had a 90lb German shepherd with me but they would check in to replenish linens and take the trash. The location is perfect.
