Really nice hotel for the price! I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! Our room, including the bathroom & shower was incredibly clean. The staff at the front counter was friendly & helpful. We didn't have any of the breakfast, but noticed it was always well stocked.

This is our choice hotel when traveling through TN. Have stayed 4 times in the last five years and recommend to family and friends. As a sheet snob this hotel wins the prize. Our stay last week did not disappoint. Very clean, wonderful staff, great breakfast, amazing shower and bed, and affordable price.

Beautiful place. Clean rooms and lobby. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was clutch and well presented. Parking and access was easy and the location was convenient for everything. Highly reccomend this establishment for your business or vacation times in Nashville area.

Check in lady was extremely polite and helpful. Everything was great except breakfast. There was not many choices no matter what time you arrived. Rooms were good. We had to ask for room to be cleaned a couple of times. Pleasant stay for work trip.

We booked Tru by Hilton for one night for our daughter’s visit to Vanderbilt and it was seriously perfect for us. The room and bathroom were everything we needed for the evening. Alessandro, at the desk was so kind and extremely accommodating. We asked for A LOT and he gave us everything with a smile. Thanks so much Alessandro!!!!!

Great hotel at a very affordable rate. Our room is very clean and nice and as advertised on website. Entire hotel is well kept. Breakfast bar is nice with a good selection. They have a neat rec room in the main lobby area with pool table and games. Recommend and would stay here again.

Customer service was great, and everyone was friendly. The rooms and bathroom were tiny! I have never seen a room so small. We had a king bed; there was no seating to watch tv, so we had to sit on the bed to watch. Only two towels and two washcloths in the room. The toilet paper was horrible. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable, so we didn't get much sleep and neck, back and hips hurt the next morning. There were no travel toiletries in the bathroom. They did have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hand soap and lotion. I forgot makeup face wipes to remove makeup and there was not one in the room. Most hotels these days do provide at least one. I just expected more out of Hilton. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The free breakfast and coffee were very good, however, I would probably not stay at this hotel again if in the area based on the bed and pillows alone.

My husband is a Hilton diamond member & chooses Hilton above other brands. We chose this particular location as it’s close to family & shopping in Franklin. The hotel is very clean, smells fresh and there are many board games & activities for families to play including a full pool table in the lobby! Good selection on the breakfast buffet with Lavazza coffee round the clock!! The staff was super nice, allowed a late checkout. Will be back.

Very spacious room for handicap wheelchair access. Limited disabilty parking. Seems like your gps is taking you in circles however we did make it there. Awesome Hotel definitely recommend. EDIT: Also ment to mention the beds were super comfortable, the 3 pillows on each bed has different firmness and softness to each individual pillow. Suggestion to have a floating shelf on the side of the bed that doesn't have a table to set cell phones or cups on.

What an interesting hotel! Very basic -- no microwave or coffee maker in the room -- but very clean and new. They make a big deal of a welcoming lobby with very good coffee available for free plus other snacks for sale. There is even a pool table in the lobby. The breakfast was extensive and very good. No restaurants within walking distance. Columbia State College, a beautiful school, is right there. If all Tru by Hilton are like this, we would like to stay in more.
