The Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites generally receives positive feedback, particularly highlighting comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, recent reviews reveal significant concerns regarding parking security, room cleanliness, and inconsistent service, including issues with amenities and unexpected charges.
Excellent Hospitality. Clean facility all around. Quiet and on a perfect location. Accessible to most all of our needs. Would recommend to everyone..
Bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Everything is clean. They're upgrading the mattresses right now also. Pool and hot tub are being refurnished, so they're not working for like the next week.
Very nice hotel and excellent staff. The rooms are amazing!! Highly recommend this place if you are in the Nashville area
Rooms are very clean, no phone jacks to plug up and charge cell phones. Hotel is on a slight hill parking down hill, long walk to the front door. Lobby was very clean, stay four days and front desk person spoke one time as I was going in and out. Coffee machine was a two one cup bag maker and $4 a cup in lobby.
Everything was wonderful. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Room was extremely clean. The only problem was the pool. It was quite murky. This really stinks as it was the reason for the stay.
Booked through Priceline for a city view room. Zero view of a city ?. I have pictures of my view and it’s of a parking lot, tree and the hotel. It’s not even a view of anything in Brentwood. Front desk staff was nice and said reach out to Priceline. 8 am rolls around and I wake up hearing people in the hallway. It’s the hotel staff making noise and chatting. Then all of a sudden my door opens. Thankfully the security lock was in use. Within a minute house keeping is now knocking on my door!! You obviously know someone is in the room. I open the door and I’m like what’s going on? They said are you doing late check out? said it’s 8 am what are you even talking about. Ridiculous and pathetic to be woke up on New Year’s Day after a late night by the hotel staff. Hundreds of hotel stays and never had someone attempt to walk into my room. Priceline said hotel was offering a 20 percent price compensation. No thanks. I booked and paid extra a city room view and got a room that didn’t even face the road or anything resembling a city.
This has got to be the creepiest Hilton ever. Do not stay there. Just dont do it. If you do, you will regret it. From the old folks home smell to the roaches running around to the broken elevators to the rude staff...if you can find staff to the very bad food....its all just awful. Based on what we saw, some guests use their rooms by the hour.
Outstanding but somewhat hidden Hilton property in Brentwood. Spacious and well appointed all-suite guest rooms. Surprisingly beautiful main atrium with plenty of comfortable areas to relax and/or work. Plus open-air dining and an always satisfying restaurant/bar called “Bur Bon”. There are bigger and more touristy places to stay….but this little hidden away gem is the cats meow.
We had a team meeting here and from entering the beautiful lobby, to check in to check out was awewome! Shout out to Kasha Lane for her excellence and thoughtfulness in preparing for our meeting space. Our guest room suites were spacious and clean. We will come back to this Hilton when in the area!
This place is definitely a 5 star hotel, starting with the associates at the front desk along with the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Michelle in the restaurant knows how to treat a customer right as well as Pedro. They both deserve accommodations for what they do. The rooms are neat and clean and well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this Hilton. My only objection is that as a gold honors point member I shouldn't have to pay for parking
