The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood consistently receives positive reviews, praised for its convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Guests particularly appreciate the comfortable accommodations, convenient amenities, and proximity to restaurants and attractions. However, some guests have reported issues with noise levels and parking fees.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are beautifully decorated, large, very clean and cozy! The highlights were the refrigerator, microwave and pod coffee maker. They also had a comfortable armchair with a footstool. HDTV with streaming services. Excellent work desk with supportive office chair. Beautiful faux wood floor. The two queen beds were a little on the firm side for those who like that. The bathrooms are large and magnificent with the option of being able to get a shower/bath combination. The rooms maintenance is excellent and the details are solid and beautiful. Self parking is a breeze even though it’s $10 or so a night. The public spaces are open and airy. A Hilton hotel tradition warm chocolate chip cookies in the early evening. The breakfast buffet is a standout and while it is not free it is worth every penny. They have an actual dedicated chef who prepares eggs anyway you like including omelets, french toast and pancakes! Bacon, link sausage and sausage patty’s are also available. The salsa is puréed, available on request and is the best I’ve ever tried. They have a collection of hot sauces. Fresh pineapple, orange juice, milk and yogurt at the food bar. An island with bread, pastries, toaster oven, waffle station, oatmeal and cereal. The waitstaff will deliver your order from the kitchen and clear the tables. They also have a dinner menu which we have not tried. All in all a very nice hotel that provides a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
During my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Brentwood, I had an exceptional experience at the bar thanks to Kenisha. As a frequent business traveler, I place great value on professionalism, attentiveness, and consistency in service, and Kenisha exceeded expectations in all areas. She was highly attentive, personable, and created a welcoming environment after a long workday. What truly set her apart was her authentic engagement and thoughtful recommendations for food and beverages, which reflected both product knowledge and genuine customer care. Our team consistently stays at Hilton Garden Inn properties, and this visit stood out due to the elevated level of service she provided. Kenisha is a true asset to this property, and her professionalism and service excellence strongly support consideration for recognition and future advancement. I look forward to returning and experiencing her outstanding service again.
First of all, this hotel is located in an incredible location. You're going to feel a little bit like "Southern Mansion" meets a beloved "Hilton Family Member". Tim, Rachel, the whole staff are fantastic. I have stayed here more than once, and in a community as affluent as Brentwood, this is a steal. This isn't a one-off I'm almost 300 reviews in. Book it.
The area and hotel were nice, however our experience with the hotel staff and managers was not good. Our diningroom experience in particular was one to remember. The American, English speaking host who took my breakfast order could not understand that I wanted everything EXCEPT sausage on my omelet. She asked for clarity twice, and then had an attitude (along with the cooks) for having to remake the omelet. Also, the cooks proceeded to teach the host how to say "guerro" more than once while looking at my white husband and laughing. When I spoke with Nia, the operations manager, about our experience, I was asked how it was offensive to my husband that the cooks were teaching the host how to say "guerro" meaning "white boy", and was accussed of deliberately walking out on my bill by not finalizing it before leaving the diningroom. I didn't realize the host didn't take my room number down to bill me before I left the diningroom. I was then charged for my omelet after requesting that I not be charged for it. I am very disappointed with our stay at this location and how it was handled, and would not recommend this Hilton location to anyone.
I’ve stayed at this hotel in July- the check-in was terrible. However, the hotel is great. Perfect location and the bar / happy hour is decent. Unfortunately, I was booked to stay there on 10/28- but had to cancel due to illness… (admitted to hospital ) when I called to cancel, Nia informed me that there is no way to cx without being charged $300 for one night. I was so disappointed. She was curt and not very pleasant. Thankfully the customer service desk was able to send my money back via a check less a few dollars. I appreciate that so much! I’m only a Silver rewards member. However, due to the circumstances you would think they would have some compassion at the front desk- Bonvoy
We had a great stay. The location was very convenient to the things we needed, and not far from restaurants. The rooms were great and clean and it was hard to find adjoining rooms with one being handicapped accessible but I found it at this hotel. Would definitely love to stay there again. The only downsides were the paying for parking, I think it was $10 a day which is pretty cheap for parking in a downtown area, the elevators have a very strange unpleasant smell, breakfast was not included like it is at most places we stay (they did have coffee), and the most surprising is they did not have a fountain / machine to refill our water bottles.
Used the app for EVERYTHING. Checking in was a breeze via the app. Used it flawlessly to open every door. Rooms (1 bed king) were nice, not fancy dancy but definitely clean, spacious, and comfortable. TV needs updating, it was definitely laggy using the in-app remote and the physical remote. I'm not sure where the $10 parking fee came into play; we parked behind the hotel and were never charged or asked to pay for any parking fee. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is private, considering the location, that is a big plus. I would recommend it for anyone traveling. I picked a room by the elevators on accident (the floor plans weren't 100% clear, and I wanted to be near the ice machine. Despite being near the elevators, I never heard another soul (4th floor Monday night stay).
I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden, I was there for a week and I have to say that the service of all the personnel was outstanding. The Mexican waiter that is in the morning at the breakfast, is really nice and supportive. I highly recommend to stay at this place. Also the area is really safe and just a few steps you can find a CVS, and plenty of options at restaurants, also a Nordstrom Rack and a TJ Maxx.
It would have been a 5 star stay, but on the morning of my planned check out I took some things to my car. When I returned to the room to relax a bit before leaving, my key card no longer worked. I HATE when hotels do this!!! I paid for the room until noon, so I should have access to the room until then. I had to go back downstairs to the desk to get another key card. Huge inconvenience.
Be ready to pay $10 for parking; park on the street or in the building's back lot. The room was clean and suited a one-night stay. It has a nice lobby area, and the outdoor pool, while not huge, worked for the kids. They also have a nice small workout area. You'll find places to eat and get coffee or juice behind the building, within walking distance.
