This is such a great place to stay. The location is being right beside the interstate but also close to downtown. The service is phenomenal! I was helped by Ina and she is such a great help and joy. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She made the entire check in process easy. The room was nice and clean and comfy. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants making getting food easy. The internet is fast enabling me to get some much needed work completed. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all travelers.

I have to say that my experience was 10/10 simply because of Jackie at the front desk. When I say this woman is amazing, she truly is amazing! When we checked in and got settled into our room, my daughter noticed that her bedsheets and pillows were dirty with what appeared to be makeup. It was as if the sheets were not changed. I would say this was a housekeeping issue rather than an overall hotel issue. I called the front desk and with no hesitation and with urgency, Jackie offered to switch our room. She allowed me to take a look at a couple of rooms to ensure that were satisfied and comfortable. The fact that she took the time to do this (it was the end of her shift btw) was truly awesome and my family and I were extremely grateful. She provided exceptional service and I would absolutely come back to Candlewood. The rest of the staff were also great and provided great service. 10/10.

I booked this for a quick birthday trip to visit friends and was really impressed. For the price, it was much better than expected. Pros: Modern Feel: The room felt genuinely new and updated, not just repainted. Comfort: The bed was fantastic (I slept great), and the bathroom was well-lit with plenty of supplies. Kitchenette: Very functional with a large fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Value: No breakfast, but plenty of food options nearby. Keeping the cost down was worth it. Wi-Fi: Good for streaming, though I used my hotspot for video calls. Cons: The Entrance: The driveway is small and the only way in. It is very hard to see—my friend missed it twice trying to pick me up. A second entrance or better signage is definitely needed. Highly recommended for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

I’m a Diamond Elite level member with IHG so I stay in a lot of hotels. Until now I’ve never been so moved by the service provided at any hotel that I felt compelled to write a review. Ina in particular - and frankly all of the staff - at the Candlewood Suites on Murfreesboro Rd in Franklin TN are the best of the best! I was in town for a couple of weeks to deal with a really difficult family situation and thanks to Ina this place ended up feeling like home away from home and provided a wonderful place to stay during a difficult time. The hotel is great - clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure special requests were handled smoothly (like having a package delivered to me at the hotel). Thank you Ina and team for making my stay at your hotel a pleasure! I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at this location for 2 nights. The hotel itself is nice. They have a lobby lounge with games and pool tables. The staff was very friendly. The rooms look just like the pictures layout-wise and are great for multi-night stays or work, especially with the desk space, but cleanliness wasn’t up to par in my opinion. Bed/bedding looked good but I always bring my own disinfecting wipes and do the basics in the room - some surfaces/areas are definitely not cleaned regularly. The walls and the shower floor were the worst. A magic eraser would go a long way. Overall a decent stay and pretty good value for the money, just needs some deeper cleaning.

The front desk associates are fantastic! They have such a kind a warm team. Ina was a delight during my checkout. She had her hands full and was still able to get me checkout quickly while also wishing my loved one in the hospital well wishes. Jackie gave solid advice in a good restaurant last night. Great team here!

My recent 3-night stay at the Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff. My great experience started before I even arrived; when I called to check on early availability, Ina was beyond amazing. Her willingness to help and her vibrant personality shined through the phone. When we arrived, she greeted us with that same warm smile and energy. She really set the tone for the whole trip. The room itself was perfectly cleaned and spacious. Having the full kitchen was a game-changer, allowing us to make our own breakfast every morning. I also loved the fresh ground bean coffee machine in the lobby—such a nice added plus! I also want to highlight a wonderful member of the housekeeping staff. I unfortunately didn't catch the pronunciation of her name (it started with the letter N), but we saw her on our floor every day. She always had a smile on her face, greeted us warmly, and proactively checked if we needed anything. Between the clean facilities and the top-tier service from Ina and the housekeeping team, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was average as cheaper rooms go, but clean. They were also in a good location for restaurants and shopping without getting into big city traffic.

I was immediately and warmly greeted by Ina on arrival, which cheered me up after a hard day. When I had a request, I felt like Ina worked to do whatever was in her power to take care of it. I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area again! I also appreciated how close it was to the interstate, yet still felt like a safe area.

We had been traveling all day and stopped we have never stayed at a Candle Wood Suites. We had a great experience from the greeting of Omasha. She had excellent customer service skills and was personable and friendly! The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower had a lot of pressure and hot water. It was more than what we wanted to pay for a room and seems overpriced but we had a very comfortable stay with friendly staff. When we came down the elevator to check out we were greeted by INA she had a great personality and excellent customer service skills as well. We found everything to be a positive experience.
