Very nice rooms. Staff was out of their way friendly. Entire place was very clean. The shock was all this happened without the halls full of staff. They do all the things listed without being noticed.

Within this price range, this was the best hotel I have stayed at. The room was not only a place to spend a couple of nights in, it was completely functional in how it was set up, from the full length mirror, which my wife loved, to how the bathroom itself was set up. I normally can find something amiss with the room, and if I had to nitpick something it would be the baskets that replaced a normal dresser drawer, but in the 3 nights we stayed it was not actually an issue. So I would give this hotel an A+

My wife and I decided to take a road trip to spend time together. We had one destination in mind in Mississippi. We drove until we both felt tired and our drive stopped us in Franklin Tennessee. We decided to stop and stay the night at The Hampton by Hilton. Normally we have always planned our entire trip, this time it was at random. We parked and I stepped inside to ask about vacancies. We were greeted by Sharon upon entry. Sharon was very pleasant and made the experience totally enjoyable. Sharon recommended a resturant that was close by so we could stay close and rest. And Sharon was totally spot on with her recommendation. The hotel was very nice and clean, Our room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was setup perfectly for us to unwind and relax. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a nice and cozy place to relax and reset. And I hope Sharon is working so you can experience the amazing customer service like we did! I Give 5 Stars!!

Came down for a cheer competition and enjoyed the stay with my 2 grandkids and adult children. Clean, with large bathrooms, and good breakfast the grandkids enjoyed just as much as the adults.

Wonderful experience!! Had 2 rooms. Called a couple weeks ahead of time and spoke to the on-site General Manager, Ms. Reubens, and alerted her to my mother-in-law's sensitivities to smells, particularly cleaning products. Ms. Reubens assigned our rooms ahead of time and arranged to have hers cleaned without any chemicals. Worked out better than expected. My mother-in-law did not have any adverse reactions and absolutely loved the room Ms. Reubens selected. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive. Both rooms were extremely clean and well maintained and appeared new. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were large. TV's had DirectTV with tons of channels, including a few HBO, which was a wonderful surprise, since that's a service and remote control that my elderly mother-in-law knew how to use. The breakfast area was large, bright, and clean and the food selection was vast....something for everyone. Nearby (walking distance) BBQ restaurant was outstanding! Shell gas station also nearby. Hotel location was very easy to get to off highway. It was quiet, too....never heard a sound during the night. Our 2-night stay was perfect from beginning to end. We will not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Easy off and on Hwy 65, but there wasn't any traffic noise in the room. There's an excellent barbecue joint next door, and gas stations, so the location is great. The free breakfast wasn't as good as I remember 3 years ago, but still a good way to start the day. The rooms were clean and staff have all been friendly and eager to help. This is our favorite overnight when traveling through the area.

Don't come here late at night, there is no one at the front desk, they make you use the lobby phone to call main number reservations, who calls the building no one is answering in and you NEVER get let in! We had to go to a different hotel. Response to your message: I'm not sure what there is to talk about at this time with anyone on that number. If you'd like to look into it further, I spoke with Mae at your reservations center from the phone between the 2 glass doors. You can see the desk and drink area to the slight left and NO ONE WAS seen. Reservations rep Mae said she called the building MULTIPLE TIMES, said if I wanted to call back in 30 minutes we could try again after already spending over 30 min at this point! It was at 0300 yesterday morning. I was driving a blue suv parked at the main entrance and there was another blue suv just sitting there from before we got there until after we left. Please review your security tapes and you can confirm all the details. I'm going to choose a brand that actually allows customers inside their hotel and answers.

Great place to stay. Room/bathroom was clean, bed comfortable, lots of hot water and a decent shower. All but one employee were super nice and friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was good. I will say the parking lot is not very well lit at night. So be careful. Then we came to checking out. Lady must of been trying to keep her chair from getting cold. Dinking around on the computer. Didn't even try to acknowledge me. Tried to give her my room key and she pointed a finger at a basket on the counter. Asked for a receipt and finally got something with my name on it, but was not a receipt with my charges on it. Not sure she said anything the whole time, just grunted at me. There seems to be always one that tries to spoil a day if you let it!!!

My room was clean, the front desk was kind and the breakfast had a little of everything. I appreciated the parking lot and its close proximity to the entrance. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is excellent! I travel to Franklin for business and have stayed here often. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms well stocked. Plenty of parking on site and close to rt 65, Publix, gas station, and restaurants in Franklin Berry Farms. The breakfast is quality and plentiful. Major kudos to the staff! They're always friendly and helpful. They even kept safe a shirt I left behind that I picked up on a return stay. Service like this, is why I stay with this hotel in Franklin Berry Farms. I'll be back soon.
