Fairly nice hotel whose rates are slightly lower than the other two nearby, but a lot more expensive than the cluster of hotels a few miles closer to town just off of Highway 96. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Will likely stay there again when visiting friends in the Franklin area.

Made a reservation for our room, got to the room and pulled back the covers. There was a bedbug. We called the front desk. Someone came up with sheets and wanted us to take them. We asked if there was another room. We were told no and that the bug probably came from the dryer ( like that made it any better). We immediately packed our bags and our crying 3 year old back up and went somewhere else. Highly disappointed. We were not demanding anything special. Just somewhere clean for ourselves and child to sleep for the night after being on the road for 16 hours. Please take your business elsewhere. Complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Do better night shift.

Found a bed bug in our bed. Attempted for another room. Was told no other rooms are available. Honestly went to the next door Marriott and am in complete disbelief at how much more the Marriott provides. Our room was 210. We were also told that the bed bug probably came from the sheets AFTER a wash and dry. So watch out, all the sheets could have some. We got a refund and were told it would take a couple of days.

The hotel looks very nice. The breakfast was pretty decent, except for the powdered egg scramble. The worst part is the beds. This hotel is new and the matresses are new, and they only use extra firm matresses. I barely got any sleep during my four night stay. Also the pillows are so empty that my head went straight through the pillow. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express for the rest of my life. Holiday Inn should consider going to a medium mattress and buying comfortable pillows for their guest's sanity. ?

This is a beautiful property. The staff were all excellent. The rooms are very neat and clean. The mattress was just like ours at home. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. This property even has covered vehicle parking. Very nice overall. Highly recommend this property.

I have been an IHG member since 2012 and I’ve always tried to be loyal to this brand. After staying at the Barry farm location several times I am writing this review because this location has went downhill. Overall, the rooms are clean but every time I’ve stayed here in the last couple years little things have been broken Inside the room and no attention to detail. My major complaint is what has happened to their breakfast. It is sloppy, cold and temperature. No effort is being made to have a standard breakfast. There was probably 30 bananas in a basket and every one of them was brown with fruit flies flying around them. This is inexcusable for the amount of money that they charge for this hotel just because of location.

This is a great location, and a very well run hotel. The staff were friendly and competent, they know their jobs well, and care about customers. As a Platinum, I was upgraded to a better room, and am appreciative of the efforts. Would definitely stay here again (and again).

We were visiting our family in the Nashville area and decided to stay in a central location. This hotel was the perfect place for us! Easy access to the freeway, fantastic location as you can walk to many restaurants & shops. Beautiful trails! The staff are the best! Clean & comfy rooms. The breakfast was very good & they have a nice, upscale coffee machine. We loved our stay in Berry Farms Holiday Inn Express! Highly recommend.

Wonderful friendly staff and in a fantastic location. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is awesome. The blankets on the bed will make you want to take one home.

We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and overall had a mixed experience. On the positive side, it’s a nice, newer hotel in a convenient location — close to the interstate, a gas station, and two of our favorite stops on our trip: Biscuit Love and Cookie Fix. The secure, gated underground parking was a plus, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. I really wish hotels would take a few notes from Embassy Suites and at least offer real eggs — it would make such a difference. Cleanliness was also an issue for us: our bathroom had multiple hairs in the shower, sink, and on the floor when we arrived, which was disappointing. The room itself stayed very humid, even though the AC worked fine. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I’m not sure I’d choose this hotel again unless a few things improve.
