The Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Berry Farms consistently receives positive reviews, particularly praising its cleanliness, convenient location in the Berry Farms area, and comfortable accommodations. While some guests appreciate the breakfast and amenities, recent feedback has highlighted issues with inconsistent service, particularly concerning front desk staff and hot water availability, alongside a concerning incident involving a purported camera in a closet.

Although the hotel was fine, the management is awful. I had a documented, guaranteed rate through Marriott Bonvoy they refused to honor. When questions, Mr. pillow, the manager dug in his heels and became extremely unprofessional. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card, as I clearly have documentation of one rate and he charged me greater than $100 more than that documented rat per night.

Me and my husband recently stayed at this residence inn and I must say, the rooms were lovely. So modern and beautiful. However, the older woman we encountered was nothing but nonchalant and rude. I'm new to experiencing Marriott hotels but I didn't think that service would be so abrupt and inconsiderate from this individual. I remember speaking to another younger woman and she was lovely, but the person who's there at night who's a older African American woman was unfortunately not. I walked down to the lobby to get a drink for me and my little boy late at night, and when I went to pay and asked her how much these items would be, she gave no response, just stared at me uncomfortably. Then proceeds to scan the items and uses her index finger specifically to signal to the elevators in a way of "it's done" kind of deal. No words were shared at all. Just completely uncomfortable, rude, and above all weird. I called her to ask for a wake up call, and upon her saying yes? Then me explaining what I wanted, the phone hangs up. I call again, and then she says ok and ONCE again, hangs up immediately. I don't know if this woman is always like this but it was a bad experience overall. I love the ambiance and style of the hotel, but I just can't return to a location with bad energy. Thank you and I hope this feedback is taken. -Elina

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was great location and adhered to my room preferences which is important to my safety as a woman. I have to travel a lot for work so I do my due diligence. They exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was good, a bit better than most. It had a great variety to service all appetites. The dinner service was a favorite of mine. I don't really like leaving the hotel if I don't have to so it made it easier that the food was good lol. The bartenders also make great drinks. My only complaint is my check in host was very dismissive, and barely even made eye contact with me. Not friendly at all. I got in pretty late. Close to midnight I believe. I wasn't happy about how I was treated.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Marriott Residence Inn in Franklin. A huge thank-you to the managers Andrew Pillow and Liz Agosto, and the entire crew, for taking such great care of us during such a challenging time. When our electricity was out for the week, they stepped up in every possible way, including salting the grounds and making sure everyone was safe, which we truly appreciated.Their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism truly meant more than they know. Even though we know the team was shorthanded, the customer service never skipped a beat. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. Example: Andrew was out salting the grounds and shoveling the walk ways, making sure wveryone was safe. The food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt genuinely cared for during a stressful time. We are so grateful for the way we were treated and truly appreciate all they did for us. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. They are simply fantastic!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was outstanding. We were very pleased to see rooms that have been updated. The bathroom was spacious enough for two people to get ready comfortably, and we especially appreciated the shelf with a mirror located outside the bathroom—perfect for setting out extra belongings. They have a nice fire pit on the patio which we enjoyed with our family and they also have a nice workout room. In addition, the complimentary breakfast each morning was excellent. There was plenty of time to enjoy it, and items were continually refilled as needed. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The surrounding area, known as Berry Farms, is absolutely adorable and added to the overall experience.

Outstanding customer service. I checked in with Andrew at the front desk. When I passed the desk the next morning, Andrew addressed me by name. I've never had that happen before. I am super impressed. The suite and breakfast were some of the best I've had in the Marriott system.

As someone who doesn’t really write reviews, this was a must. *amazing experience* This was arguably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. My husband and I were in town for a few days with our two year old son and everything was seamless from start to finish. First and foremost, the cleanliness was some of the best I’ve seen. Second, the friendliness and attentiveness from each individual member of the staff was superior. I come from a background in hospitality and truly felt like we were welcomed in like family. Another bonus: the location is incredible with many options walkable and/or just a short drive away! This hotel felt like home from the comfy, fully equipped rooms to the amazing breakfast every morning (I rarely eat breakfast provided by hotels but this was so delicious with a variety of options)!! We have zero complaints and truly look forward to coming back. Shoutout to Andrew the GM for being so incredibly kind, hospitable and helpful— you can tell he truly cares about each guest and has no problem taking the time to talk with you, provide assistance in anyway and make your experience special. Thank you to this entire team for making this trip exactly what we needed ??

Our family of 5 recently had a 12 week stay due to water damage in our home. We could not have asked for a better hotel for an extended stay. We had a one bedroom suite (plus a roll-away bed) that was comfortable and clean. The almost full-sized kitchen was such a nice amenity. We had a few maintenance requests for our room while we were there and the maintenance engineer was prompt at fixing the issues. The housekeeping staff was friendly and extremely accommodating as well as the front desk staff, breakfast attendants, bar keepers, and managers. There is a large patio with a variety of tables, comfy seating, a fire pit, grills and an outdoor pool. The pool was clean, refreshing, and relaxing. The workout room was nice, clean, cold like you want it to be when working up a sweat, and the equipment was in good shape. Breakfast was yummy and had a good variety. There were a lot of items offered daily and other choices changed each day so there was plenty to choose from. There were hot and iced coffee and teabags/hot water with a variety of sweeteners and creamers that were available very early in the morning before breakfast hours began. A few times it was there after breakfast. Extended daily hours for the coffee bar on a regular basis would have been a nice touch. The lobby/breakfast area was spacious, comfortable and clean. You could also eat breakfast on the patio which was nice on comfortable Spring and Summer mornings while we were there. There was a restaurant/bar open in the lobby in the evenings with live music several nights a week so that was fun. Housekeeping worked very hard keeping the whole building cleaned daily. The hotel is tucked away in a nice little neighborhood that is very quiet. We were able to bring our cat for a reasonable pet fee. We had some difficulty with the WiFi on our phones often needing to be reconnected or running slowly and our Firesticks being kicked off WiFi so we had to call a 1-800 # to reconnect the Firesticks. If we had been trying to work from our room, internet usage could have been challenging. The front desk and management was very accommodating when my husband needed a few documents scanned and when he needed a quiet place for video interviews. There are two computers and a printer in the lobby you can use that make it easy to print documents that are on your phone/personal device. Overall, everyone who worked there was so friendly, kind, and accommodating and made it a joy to stay there. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends and stay there again in the future.

Awesome stay. The hotel was in a perfect location—super close to both downtown Nashville and Franklin, which made getting around really easy. The room was spacious and clean, service was solid, and the amenities were a nice bonus. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was clean and relaxing. No complaints at all—would definitely stay here again.
