Great and friendly service. Asked for an extra blanket around 10 pm and got it within a couple of minutes! Friendly staff and friendly environment! Dog friendly as well. Attending the kickback is a great way to meet new people especially if you're an extrovert! Though I didn't use the pool a lot of kids seemed to enjoy it, so a great place for the kids to play. My one complaint is the waffle makers didn't have spray, and the butter wasn't all too obvious( it's on the left of the bar), so they stuck a bit (call me a fool but I'm not the only one who got their waffles stuck?). Lastly, I wanted to mention my sister liked her drink card (3 drinks per day per person)!

Total experience was nice. Friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door. Free dinner and drinks when we arrived. Free breakfast the next morning. The food is really good. Not what I expected to be honest. Very pleased with our stay 5 star hotel. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location just off I-65 close to lots of nice restaurants and shopping. Brentwood is a short 10 minute drive North. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean despite being very full. Rooms are nice with great views from large window. The only negatives were very hard, uncomfortable mattress and no bacon on breakfast buffet, only sausage patties. The 5:30 kickback and drink vouchers are such an awesome perk! They also have great hot coffee available for guests at all times (no additional charge).Love Drury Inns??

We have stayed at this location 6 years in a row now, on our way to Florida. When I called this year, I mentioned that I would be celebrating my birthday the day we were there. When we checked into our room, there was a card and a bag with snacks in it! We had had an awful day of traveling, and that just made my day!!! Drury always has a great hot breakfast and kick back nightly meal and this location is always clean and friendly!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were great! Traveling with kids can be expensive having to eat out, but the included dinner was great and worth the room price. The breakfast was great and had plenty of freshly cooked options. The pool was very cold though. Even our kids didn't want to get back in. We did have a charge from the little market store that we did not use, but the front desk clerk said he would have management check into it and it was refunded before we even got 30 minutes on the road.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were a huge bonus and made things so much easier for our family. The indoor pool was also very nice and well-kept. This hotel was truly a lifesaver for us while our power was out during the ice storm we’re so grateful for the comfort and care we received here. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee. From the moment I arrived, the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The room was exceptionally well maintained and thoughtfully designed with a practical, comfortable layout that made it easy to relax and settle in. The food exceeded my expectations—served hot, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. It stood out from the typical “hotel food,” offering well-seasoned and genuinely enjoyable options. I was also impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is. Despite accommodating pets, the property was spotless throughout, and you would never know animals were present thanks to the staff’s commitment to cleanliness. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, quality, and hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

My family prefers Drury Hotels. They truly are so well suited for families. The room was so clean and spacious. Our young children were so excited about going to breakfast and the evening kickback. There was something for everyone’s taste. Also, my daughter and husband were able to enjoy the pool. The only thing I would change is that the blanket on the bed was extremely thin. I felt like I needed an extra blanket.

We were originally booked at another hotel, but it ended up being really dirty, so we had to find a new place to stay last minute. Thankfully, we found the Drury Plaza Hotel and it completely saved our trip! Everything here was spotless, which was a huge relief after where we came from. The bed and sheets were super comfortable, and we slept so well. The free breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and they even offer something called kickback in the evenings. They call it “dinnertime snacks,” but honestly, you could make a full meal out of it. It was such a nice surprise! The lobby and common areas were beautiful and inviting, and you can really tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the area!
