This SpringHill Suites is widely praised for its modern, clean design, spacious rooms, and convenient Franklin location with easy access to dining and attractions. While guests generally find the property welcoming and the amenities solid, some criticisms revolve around inconsistent housekeeping standards, tedious parking charges, and a few uncomfortable staff interactions.
This SpringHill Suites by Marriott was the perfect place to stay for our business meeting in Franklin, TN. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences within walking distance, which made everything very easy. The hotel felt brand new, very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed throughout the lobby and guest rooms. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well laid out with plenty of room to work and relax. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting the Franklin area.
The hotel was very clean… The bartender Susan was amazing!! She brought out karaoke for the kids on the hockey team to do our last night at the bar!! They had a blast !!!? Susan is amazing!!
Not bad. The room was clean ish, there were dead ladybugs around the windows. The heat/AC unit was dirty. Front desk was friendly. The breakfast is mediocre. We opted for no housekeeping during our stay and the day we were checking out, a housekeeper opened our door while I was showering and scared my kids. We still had several hours before needing to check out. My fault for not having the door latched so the door can't be opened all the way.
We stay at this hotel every year for the Dickens of a Christmas festival. We stayed two nights. The room was not serviced. It should not be a problem to pick up trash, make the bed, and replace the towels. If the room is not being serviced and there are two adults in the room for two nights, then leave four towels and four washcloths. Overnight parking is $10. And convenient. Recommend not staying on Lower Level as it is down a floor from lobby. Breakfast was good both days with scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. Ice machines only on LL, 2nd, and 4th floors. Shower had good water flow, and toiletries were fine. A solid hotel they could be excellent with minor improvements.
What a great hotel! Super clean, rooms were like brand new despite being open a couple years. Can see the track in their courtyard outside and they pool area looked really cool (didnt bring my bathingsuit). The town is self is nowhere but being connected to the new Circa sportsbook, stay here
We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that check-in didn’t feel very welcoming, and I was charged for parking even though I didn’t park there. The lot is shared with a Shake Shack and a jewelry store, and it seems like hotel guests are the only ones charged to use what’s essentially a public parking lot. Overall, though, the stay was very good and I would return.
First time to stay here. Our room was very nice. Free breakfast was nice and filling. I made friends with 3 at the front desk. I wish I could remember their names.
Great rooms and a well kept up hotel. There’s a lot of close food options and if you’d like to work out a great area to walk. I would recommend staying here anytime you’re in the Nashville area.
As expected at a new facility, the hotel was clean. However, the pool gate and handrail are in disrepair and need to be fixed. The gate gets stuck causing people to have to throw their body weight against it to open it and the handrail has come loose from its bolt in the ground causing people to lose balance when they try to stabilize themselves while entering or exiting the pool. The front desk staff that welcomed us to the hotel and assisted us with booking another night the next morning were wonderful. They warmly greeted us, listened, and asked if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The only negative staff interaction was a strong one. I had brought my son down to breakfast, who has cancer and had a clean Emesis bag with him. He put it down on the counter to free his hand to grab something and miss Lorrett shouts with disgust in a full room of hotel guests, "who's is this?! Who left that there." When Henry sheepishly took it back she saw that he was medically fragile and embarrassed and did not apologize to him for her reaction. No one carries a medical emesis bag around if it has been used. Nobody carries a medical emesis bag around unless they have to. Her reaction was tone deaf and disrespectful at the least. Not once did she react to a dirty cell phone being left on the counter even close to the same way. Please take a moment to retrain her regarding customer relations or your hotel will become known for its lack of welcome for the medically fragile community.
Very nice stay. Had option of room service or not. Breakfast was good but left some to be desired. Selection was as brand as others such as holiday in. Other than breakfast being my only complaint, very much enjoyed the stay.
